It has begun!
Day 1 saw me blasting my way through the first chapter. This went pretty well and saw me writing 2031 words.
Day 2 has proven a bit more difficult. 1335 words written. I’ve realised that my planning for this chapter was a little thin, and I’m having to figure out what I’m doing as I go along. Still, I’ve come up with a new minor character that should add to the overall theme.
Still early days – there’s plenty of time left yet, and I’m still on schedule. But I can’t afford to slip too much!
